Competition Format
- Flights grouped by weight class and experience level.
- Three judged attempts for your heaviest bench press rep.
- Live leaderboard projected in the arena.

Scoring
Scores combine your max bench press (kg) with form execution. Bonus Satoshi points for team spirit, hype, and creative celebration routines.
Winner Takes the Conference
The strongest performer earns two all-access passes and travel support for the Bitcoin MENA 2025 Conference, taking place December 8–9 at ADNEC Center, Abu Dhabi.
